My own private Morse key collection
KEY 27

This is a British armed forces design used in many applications during WWII.
This key had many makers and many minor design variation. They were used by British, Canadian, New Zealand and Australian forces during WWII.
We see them quite often in the U.S. by way of Canada. The design is probably pre WWII.
Here this key is mounted in a painted iron case for leg mounting, the leg straps are missing
